Welcome to Zyvora VPN, a virtual private network application developed by Softyfier. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how our app operates. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect (if any), how it is used, and your rights as a user.
By installing or using Zyvora VPN, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application.
1 Information We Collect
Zyvora VPN is built with a strong commitment to user privacy. We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our services:
a) Account Information- Name — provided at registration
- Email Address — used for account login, OTP verification, and support
- Password — stored in encrypted/hashed form; never stored in plain text
- Device ID — used only to enforce the per-account device limit set in your subscription plan
- Device Model / OS Version — collected for app compatibility and crash diagnosis only
- If you pay via Stripe, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card details.
- If you pay via Local Payment (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, NayaPay), you submit a Transaction ID for admin manual verification. No banking credentials are stored by us.
2 Information We Do NOT Collect
Zyvora VPN strictly does not collect the following:
- Your VPN traffic or internet activity
- Websites you visit, apps you use, or content you access through the VPN tunnel
- Your real IP address while connected to the VPN
- DNS queries or lookup records
- Connection timestamps or session duration logs
- Your physical location (GPS data)
3 How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:
- Creating and managing your Zyvora VPN account
- Verifying your email address via One-Time Password (OTP)
- Managing your subscription plan and device limits
- Processing and verifying your payment (manual or Stripe)
- Providing customer support
- Sending account-related emails (OTP, password reset, plan activation)
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.
4 VPN Service & Data Tunneling
Zyvora VPN uses the Android VpnService API to create an encrypted tunnel between your device and our VPN servers.
This tunnel secures your internet traffic from third-party surveillance.
- Supported protocols: WireGuard, V2Ray (VLESS), OpenVPN, OpenConnect
- All tunneled traffic is encrypted using industry-standard cryptography
- Our servers act as relay nodes and do not log traffic passing through them
5 Third-Party Services
Zyvora VPN integrates with the following third-party services:
- Stripe — Payment processing. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Firebase Analytics — Anonymous app usage analytics (crash reports, performance). No personally identifiable data is sent. Governed by Google Firebase Privacy Policy.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — Used to deliver push notifications for plan activation, renewal reminders, and admin messages.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
6 Data Retention
- Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
- OTP codes expire automatically within 15 minutes and are deleted after verification.
- Upon account deletion request, all your personal data is permanently erased from our systems within 30 days.
- Payment transaction records may be retained for up to 12 months for financial compliance purposes.
7 Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt — never stored in plain text
- All API communication is encrypted via HTTPS / TLS
- API access is authenticated using Bearer tokens (Laravel Sanctum)
- Admin dashboard is protected by role-based access controls
- Certificate pinning is implemented in the mobile app to prevent man-in-the-middle attacks
8 Children's Privacy
Zyvora VPN is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9 Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion — Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Portability — Request your data in a machine-readable format
- Opt-out — Opt out of non-essential analytics at any time via app settings
