To reset the settings back to default, you have to delete the settings files (.dat and .old) from the application data folder.
To get to the folder,
1. Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key on your keyboard or just search Run on Start Screen.
2. In Run window enter the following code
%AppData%\uTorrent
3. Then a window will pop up. In that window, you'll find 'settings.dat' and 'settings.dat.old'. Delete those 2 files.
4. Restart your computer.
